Walk the Talk began in 2021 as a seasonal gathering in Bristol and Madrid — a simple return to what connects us: the feeling of earth beneath our feet, and breath shared with the living world.
 

Each session invites gentle movement through both natural and built environments, opening space for reflection on how our work shapes — and is shaped by — the wider systems we are part of.
 

Lightly facilitated around a shared theme, these walks weave conversation, observation, and pause — a chance to explore how we might build and act in ways that help life to flourish.

We are shaping an experiential leadership journey designed to help people reconnect — with self, others, and the living world — and to grow their capacity to create change regeneratively.

Building on workshops co-facilitated with the Bio-Leadership Project, this programme invites leaders outdoors to explore a new story of leadership — one rooted in cycles, connection, reciprocity, and care.
