RETHINKING DEVELOPMENT

A bid to rethink the design plan of over 500 hectares of land owned by a College in Wales, United Kingdom (name withheld for confidentiality), exploring using Permaculture and the long-term educational potential of diverse income streams, aligning with the values of the institution. The bid challenged a previously proposed design approach that commodified nature and created short-term "experiences" for people who engaged with the site.
