Breaking Down Concrete:<\/strong> Mitigating Climate Change and Co-Creating Vibrant Urban Environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In collaboration with theOtherDada<\/strong>, TerraLupa<\/strong>\u2019s partners in Lebanon, the project focuses on urban reforestation using the Miyawaki method<\/strong>, creating dense, self-sustaining native forests that cool cities, restore biodiversity, and reconnect people with nature.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with theOtherDada<\/strong>, we have planted Miyawaki forests<\/strong> in schoolyards, parking lots, and along the Beirut River as part of the Beirut RiverLESS Project<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Rewild Cities<\/strong> is a regenerative initiative that connects Spain and Lebanon through a shared Mediterranean bioregion, developing citizen-participation projects<\/strong> with cities in Lebanon, Spain, and parts of Europe to implement nature<\/strong>-based solutions in urban environments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From a minimum area of 13 m2\u2014by reforesting parking spaces\u2014to reintroducing Miyawaki forests in schools, parks, and playgrounds, or along the banks of rivers such as the one in Beirut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
