As Structures Design Manager for multi-billion Euro projects, he introduced innovative, regenerative practices at Ferrovial Construction (FC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This led to a collaboration with FC&#8217;s Innovation Department and becoming a Bio-Leadership Fellow in April 2021. He now works part-time as Relationships and Impact Lead for The Bio-Leadership Project, fostering sustainable and regenerative organizations and curating their business impact.
