Javier "Javi" Gras, a civil engineer with a master\u2019s degree in structural engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and a second master\u2019s degree in structural design from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, has focused his career on international transportation infrastructure. As Structures Design Manager for multi-billion-euro projects, he introduced innovative, regenerative practices at Ferrovial Construction (FC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This led to a collaboration with FC\u2019s Innovation Department and his appointment as a Bio-Leadership Fellow in April 2021. He now works part-time as Relationships and Impact Lead for The Bio-Leadership Project, fostering sustainable and regenerative organizations and curating their business impact. Javi also facilitates nature-based leadership programs and retreats, helping individuals and teams reconnect with nature to develop resilience, connection, adaptability, systemic awareness, and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
