Together with YOAK, we design and facilitate a program to transition to regenerative governance models for small and medium-sized businesses seeking to transform their organizations to align with nature’s principles.
This three-day program, held in a setting surrounded by nature, provided an opportunity to explore the principles of governance, decision-making, financing, and organizational change in order to implement regenerative measures for teams and the planet.
The participating companies were: Seeds of Wild, Roots Radical, Common Knowledge, Be the Earth Foundation, AimHi Earth, and Global Generation.
As part of a project, a program was also carried out in January 2026 in partnership with TealCo to help companies implement TEAL organizational principles.
