At TerraLupa, we shape spaces, ecosystems, and stories that reconnect us with the earth, people, and the natural world.

We work with architects, engineers, designers, and builders to envision projects that address both human needs and those of the habitats, species, and life cycles of which we are a part.

Philosophy

What was once seen as progress is now showing its cracks.

The efficiencies that promised growth are now destroying ecosystems, putting pressure on communities, and isolating the people who do the work.

In the face of a changing world, we create spaces that are rooted in their surroundings, adaptable, and in tune with the needs of people and the planet.

We are members of the Bio-Leadership Cooperative

The Bio-Leadership Cooperative emerged from an international community of more than 250 people called the Bio-Leadership Fellowship.

The Fellowship program ran between 2021 to 2026, enabling individuals and organisations to practice what it means to put Nature at the center. By strengthening partnerships and carrying out collaborative projects, eventually leading to the creation of a cooperative in 2025 to operate internationally on projects that require fundamental changes to protect the planet.

BIO-LEADERSHIP PROJECT

The Bio-Leadership Project is a global movement of people and organisations working towards better forms of human progress by working with nature.

It exists because the world needs Earth-centred leadership at the centre of every sector of society.

NOUS ECOSYSTEM

NOUS is a studio dedicated to conscious communication and innovation that believes in uniqueness and a connection with nature to empower people, projects, and brands through regenerative thinking and design.

FLORA

Consults on people management strategy to integrate sustainability into organizational culture and attract and develop talent to drive positive impact.

COMMON NATURE

Common Nature’s mission is to connect communities, businesses, outdoor places and guides over the next ten years, inspiring 1 million naturally healthier lives. The organisation aims to work with 100 places and 1,000 organisations to promote events, tools and stories for Natural Health for all, delivered through its Natural Health Programmes. Farmers and land stewards are central to this, and by building healthier communities from the ground up, it aims to help take pressure off the health system.

LIFE SYSTEMS STUDIO

Life System Studio supports great shifts towards human systems and cultures that protect, replenish and cherish all of life. It backs courageous and creative people working on the critical challenges of our times, offering learning spaces, tools, guidance and stories that bridge the patterns of life’s systems into everyday living. It believes the deepest shift comes from rekindling connection, wonder and love, recognising that we are all part of the big wheel of life.
